The position is for a Head chef / Sous Chef candidate to manage the culinary team at Potato Head's newest concept Three Buns in Senopati here in Jakarta. 
Three Buns is a pop up Burger Bar concept and has phenomenal success in its opening weeks. Chef Adam Penny creator of the food concept is moving out of the operations to concentrate on the opening of our Three Buns Concept in Singapore Potato Head Folk.
The candidate should preferably be single hardworking and hands on.
As a free standing concept and company, the chef needs to be resourceful, 
take ownership, proactive and have a can do attitude.
There is plenty of opportunity for growth within the company with more 
concept openings planned this year in Jakarta Singapore and Bali. The 
position can be filled with either an expatiate of local candidate with 
the right credentials
