Jakarta’s 1^stLaCuisine Cooking Competition 2017 which is part of SIAL Interfood; this event is in its inaugural year as a new competition with the support of WorldChefs and naturally ACP Indonesia. This is where young chefs from Indonesia will be putting their skills, techniques and food profiling against each other on a level playing field. A level playing field to me is when we all have the same equipment, produce and time to compete at our best in front of our peers.
